The 2018 Auditori is pure Garnacha with 15.5% alcohol, plenty of earthy aromas and flavors, reminiscent of graphite and meat broth. It also has plenty of balsamic and medicinal notes too, flirting with overripeness, which became more evident as the wine sat in the glass. The palate reveals plenty of tannin and oak-related flavors, with a dry finish accentuated by the tannin and wood. For fans of ripe and oaky Garnacha. It was bottled after 13 months in second use French oak barrels. After years of focusing on the vineyards, it's time for Acústic Celler to build a winery on a 10-hectare property that they are also planting with vines but keeping the existing forest and olive trees. They have a total of 52 hectares of own and rented vineyards from which they produce 130,000 bottles per year.
